Science and Technology

I've had the occasional flirtation with science on here - Hops A-Z in particular. Sensory science is something I've started to get involved in, both through assisting with university research and running sessions using flavour standards such as aroxa.

It's something I want to learn more about, so expect more posts about the Brewers Publications book series on hops, yeast, water and malt; much more sensory science research, 'green' technology, some tech chat with brewers and - just maybe - studying for a qualification from the Institute of Brewers and Distillers.
